On July 19 and 20, 1952, eight flying saucers flew directly over the White House, the Capitol building, and the Pentagon. They flew over restricted airspace, and they were tracked visually from the ground. The people in the control towers at Bolling Air Force Base, Washington National Airport, and Andrews Air Force Base all saw them as well. The radar at all three bases picked up the saucers as solid objects. Commercial airline pilots saw them and so did virtually every citizen in Washington DC.

British witness reports lights scanning area around home

Great Britain witnesses at Wigan reported watching two lights that dropped out of the sky and appeared to be scanning the ground around their home on two consecutive nights, according to testimony in Case 59507 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The lights were first seen about 2:15 a.m. on August 27, 2014, and they returned about the same time on August 28. The reporting witness was outside in her garden looking at the stars when the event began.

“I noticed how starry the night was,” the witness stated. “This was unusual because the sky is usually foggy looking/overcast and to my left – northwest – I saw what looked like an orange star. I didn’t think much of it and went in.”

This committee has undergone several changes over the years, and since then, has been called the "SPECIAL COMMITTEE", the "303 COMMITTEE" and currently the "40 COMMITTEE" and is represented as XXXX "the double - double cross." It is described as the "Directorate" of the NSC. The "40 COMMITTEE" has access to advanced technology and teams to cover-up, "the cover-ups"! In the past, this committee was headed by Dr. Henry Kissinger (code name: 'The Overseer') when he gave William Colby permission to commission Howard Hughes, Summa Corporation to build a submarine, and a special craft or salvage vessel. The salvage vessel called "Glomar Explorer", was equipped with refrigeration capacity for up to a hundred bodies. (Why???) In early May 1988, the former President Ronald Reagan said he often wonders what would happen if the Earth was Invaded by a "Power from Outer Space". It has also been reported that the President is briefed on UFO developments and "Alien Visitors, by Planetary Intelligence group #40 (PI-40).
